We skill-test all candidates at interview, using an internationally-recognised test system, and provide the results, together with our interview notes and the current CV of any candidates whom we propose to our clients, ensuring that the skills tested match those required in the client’s specific job. Using our proprietary Hawk HR software, we create an online portal for clients who want to run mass advertising campaigns in the GCC or beyond, with our team posting all the jobs, handling the response, and carrying out the screening and shortlisting. The client then logs in to the campaign portal, vies the shortlists, then contacts their preferred candidates and takes over the rest of the recruitment process. In partnership with a leading International assessment firm, we have developed the Al Tasmeez test, for blue collar or entry-level recruitment from other Arabic-speaking countries or Asia, to assess candidates’ personality and attitudes, plus basic maths and English Language.
